By using this website or booking services with Espinoza Tattoos, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Espinoza Tattoos provides custom tattoo services in Corpus Christi, Texas. All tattoo work is by appointment or walk-in, subject to artist availability. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo. If you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment without at least 72 hours notice, the deposit may be forfeited.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. Espinoza Tattoos follows all standard health and safety protocols. We use single-use, sterile equipment for every client.

Aftercare

Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. We will provide aftercare instructions after your session. Espinoza Tattoos is not liable for any complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

Satisfaction and Touch-Ups

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your tattoo. Minor touch-ups related to the original design may be available at no charge within a reasonable timeframe, at the artist's discretion. Touch-ups needed due to improper aftercare or client error may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Espinoza Tattoos is not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from tattooing. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the tattooing process.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Espinoza Tattoos, you agree to the following terms:

• You confirm that the phone number you provided is your own or that you have authorization to provide it
• You agree to receive booking-related SMS (confirmations, reminders, updates) at the number you provided
• You may separately opt in to marketing SMS (specials, raffles, openings) — this is optional and not required for booking
• Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's terms
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP
• Espinoza Tattoos is not liable for any carrier-side issues, delivery failures, or message charges incurred from your participation in our SMS program
• Espinoza Tattoos reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
